The Bass Pro/Cabela's Big Bass Tour will once again have a stop at the Harris Chain of Lakes in 2020. The 3-day event will take place February 7th-9th with the weigh station being setup at Hickory Point. Registration for the event will start in November. The Lake Tarpon Open Tournament Series continues this Saturday June 8th out of Anderson Park. The open tournament is run by Gary Muchler and runs every 2nd Saturday of the month. There will be exemptions for size and bag limits. Sign up at the ramp. Weights have been solid this summer with 21+ pounds winning the Xtreme Series tournament this weekend. The Tuesday Night tournaments are also going on through the summer. They start at 6pm out of Anderson Park, pay at the ramp. For more info on these tournaments check out:
There will be an open team bass tournament on Lake Tarpon on December 8th, 2018out of Anderson Park. Weigh-in will be at 2pm at The Tarpon Turtle restaurant on the lake.
